Infusion Therapeutics
Infusion Therapeutics was conceptualized by Ashley Schnitker and Matthew Fisher in 2019. As a massage therapist of 13 years, Ashley sought a high-end CBD:CBG topical oil that would positively impact her clients’ overall massage experience. Matthew, a product developer, and formulator with seven years of experience in the cannabis industry, was troubled by the prevalence of chemical fillers in existing products on the market, which were not only unnecessary but also inhibited the efficiency of cannabis entry into the bloodstream. Matthew wanted to bring a science-based, organic approach to transdermal therapy that produced noticeable results. And so, together, they created a moringa oil-based CBD/CBG topical line with these tenets at the forefront of their intentions: pure, effective, and affordable.
The moringa tree grows in dry tropical and subtropical environments. The tree produces seeds which are squeeze for the prized oil via cold-pressed in a similar manor as hemp seed oil. Moringa oil is edible and contains a high concentration of oleic acids, behenic acid (Ben Oil), and vitamins C and E which helps stabilize collagen and repair damaged skin cells. Moringa oil has antimicrobial, antibacterial, antioxidant, antifungal, and anti-aging properties. The oil is commonly used for a wide range of applications from its use as a nutritional supplement to fight malnutrition, to its use in cosmetics.
Due to its composition of oleic acid, behenic acid, and vitamins, moringa oil absorbs completely into the skin, delivering vital nutrients to the body. Along with its incredible hydrating properties, the oil also has anti-inflammatory and anti-septic properties. Another key point to its use in the cosmetics is that the oil does not leave stains.
